No organization – no matter how healthy it may appear – is exempt from conflict. In fact, recent studies suggest that a whopping 85% of employees experience conflict at work. But let’s face it, conflict is here to stay. That’s why it’s so important to give individuals the skills they need to handle conflict with insight, knowledge, and maturity.

Register today for Taking Control of Conflict: Skills for Resolving Workplace Disputes. Whether you’re witnessing snippy squabbles among coworkers or major disagreements between managers, this webinar is for you. We’ll explore the different types of conflict and introduce you to five conflict strategies.
