Overview

We are in an unprecedented time of disruption. How we respond to this disruption will determine if we strengthen and support our teams or weaken the bonds we have with ourselves, our relationships and our teams.

Our goal is to act with a sense of grounded certainty and move forward in powerful, collaborative action. Yet the challenge of our current reality is the significant and often diverse emotional reactions we are all experiencing. In this webinar, you will be invited to take time to reflect on your current experience and reactions and build strategies to act from your highest intentions.

You will get the chance to slow down and experience the transformation that takes place by acknowledging your own current thoughts and feelings. This will create the foundation to facilitate aligned action with the people and teams who are counting on you.

With the guidance from members of the Extraordinary Teams Partnership, you will walk away with practical strategies that will support you in achieving your desired impact, at a time that demands your very best.

Attendees will learn

  • How to notice emotions and body sensations without judgment.
  • The importance of language and expressing thoughts and feelings with others to build connections to achieve goals.
  • The value of staying with uncomfortable feelings to create strong relationships and teams.
  • To see the connection between the world you live in, the individual you are, and the team you participate in.
