HRDQ-U hosts a new live event each week on Wednesdays at 2p ET. We have hundreds of past webinars we have recorded so you can watch them on demand. Below are quick tips for viewing live and recorded events.
To register for a live event, simply click the REGISTER button on the event page. A new tab will open with a registration form. Complete all fields and check the confirmation box before clicking the REGISTER button.
Once your registration is processed, you’ll be taken to a confirmation webpage. Use the link on this page to download the event to your calendar. The calendar event includes a link for joining the event.
You’ll also receive a confirmation to your email address. If you do not receive a confirmation within 15 minutes, check your spam bin. You can always register again if you believe your registration was not completed successfully.
Most events are free but some special events require a fee to attend. All payments are by credit card only. You’ll be asked to provide your card information at the bottom of the registration form.
If you’re registering for a paid event, you can save when you enroll multiple attendees! You’ll find information about group rates on the event page. Contact us for enrollment of groups with a discount.
For free events, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellation is not required but you may do so if you wish by clicking the cancellation link in the original registration confirmation email. For paid events, you may cancel any time before the event begins and receive a full refund less a 5% service fee, unless the terms for cancellation on the event page differ, in which case the event page cancellation terms shall take precedence.
