Yes, most HRDQ-U webinars include a Q&A session where participants can ask the presenter questions. We usually can’t get to every question. You’ll find the answers to the questions posted on the event page following the event.
Do I receive a certificate of completion?

All attendees of HRDQ-U live webinars will receive a complimentary, personalized digital PDF certificate of completion, including the event title, date, and attendee’s name, which can be shared on social media or displayed in the office. Many organizations also accept HRDQ-U webinar attendance as continuing training credit. Moreover, all HRDQ-U live webinars are eligible for Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Professional Development Credits (PDCs), which can be used to maintain SHRM certification. If you attended an HRDQ-U webinar and need a customized SHRM Certificate of Completion for $5, please contact support@hrdq.com.

I missed the live event. Is there a recording?

If you missed the live event, don’t worry! You can still access the recording as well as our library of on-demand webinars by signing up for a membership. However, please keep in mind that certificates of completion are only available for those who attend the live event.
