Jim is a Master Facilitator responsible for all of Bluepoint’s core programs, including Leadership Essentials, Leader as Coach, The Leader Speaks, and The Leader Within. As Master Facilitator, Jim is qualified to lead all Train the Trainer programs and certify accordingly.
Jim’s skills have been honed through years of experience leading and working inside organizations, including EDS and PeopleSoft. He managed large-scale software implementations using his ability to navigate complex systems, launched online commerce environments integrating cutting-edge technology with strategic vision, and managed globally distributed teams.
