Overview

The webinar is based on a highly effective workshop and assessment tool called the Team Effectiveness Profile (TEP), developed by HRDQ.

TEP is a diagnostic instrument designed to identify issues that are hindering a group’s effectiveness. Often, these issues may not be apparent under normal circumstances, but they can significantly drain a group’s energy and undermine its productive efforts. TEP helps groups systematically identify these issues so that they can be tackled and resolved in a timely manner.
