The hypervigilant scanning for problems, the intense need to control, the relentless pursuit of perfection, the aching desire to please others, the obsessive need to prove yourself. These and similar behaviors are evidence of subconscious rules of success that you programmed decades ago.
Your subconscious believes that you will only be successful if you obey the rules you set decades ago. Rules that are unconsciously playing over and over again in the background of your mind: “Never let the ball drop,” “Never be a quitter,” “Always be a kind person,” “Stop being so selfish,” “Never be better than anyone else,” “Always do your best,” “Never be irresponsible,” or whatever specific mantra is yours. Not only are these beliefs exhausting you – they are undermining your self-confidence and your success.
Since your career and life-limiting behaviors and beliefs hide in the shadows, how do you coax them into the light? How do you embrace them for the wonderful gifts they have brought you, while letting their destructive side fade into history?
In this webinar, you will explore the different ways past programming helps and hinders your self-confidence and success. You will explore how these early life success mantras can unconsciously trigger self-sabotaging fighter or pleaser behaviors. By understanding the traps of your well-intentioned subconscious programming, you will discover why following your old rules now brings more misery than joy. By the end of our session, you will be able to take the first steps in challenging your old programming and discovering newfound self-confidence and success.
