Resolving conflict isn’t easy, but the way we resolve conflict can set the tone for our future. Developing empathy and our emotional intelligence skills can elevate our conflict resolution game and create healthier workspaces for our colleagues and ourselves. How can you stop conflict before it even starts? Are there outside issues contributing to the conflict? This webinar will give you tools on how to handle conflict resolution and how to control your emotions so that you can create a strong team environment with less obstacles that prevent you from meeting your business goals.
