Overview

How can you prevent conflict before it begins? Are there external factors contributing to the conflict? This webinar will provide you with tools for effective conflict resolution and teach you how to manage your emotions. By doing so, you can foster a strong team environment with fewer obstacles to achieving your business goals.

As you learn these techniques, remember that resolving conflict is challenging. However, the methods we use can significantly influence our future interactions. By developing empathy and emotional intelligence skills, we can enhance our conflict resolution abilities and create healthier workspaces for ourselves and our colleagues.

Attendees will learn

  • The necessary tools to help resolve conflict.
  • How to control emotions in the “heat of the moment” during a conflict.
  • How controlling pre-conceived judgments can stop conflict before it begins.
  • How to manage the conflict we have within ourselves and how that impacts those around us.
  • How a proper work-life balance and self-care can help us reduce conflict in the workplace.
