Overview

The acceleration of advanced technologies has been a long time in the making; however, it has now become evident, particularly in the recent past, with the widespread adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT. This has resulted in a fear factor not previously experienced since the early 20th century. This effect is compounded by the multiple generations that form our current workforce.

AI, like any other technology, such as fire, is neither good nor bad. The benefits of AI or drawbacks depend on the use that we make of it. Therefore, there are a series of important considerations that we must have present from both a personal and organizational standpoint when confronted with our faster future if we want to continue advancing our human condition. Particularly important are innate human abilities that have served us well in the past and, if developed correctly in light of the evolving talent landscape that we are experiencing, will allow us humans to avoid competing with AI and automation.

Our presenter has synthesized the 8 C’s, which constitute a simple yet effective way to outsmart AI: Curiosity, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Character, Consciousness, and Coevolution. He achieved it through a career that spans over two decades, successfully leading organizations through challenges and transformation. A multi-year personal heart journey. Plus, research and numerous interviews were performed to publish his book.

This webinar is a must-attend both for individual contributors and leaders who want to have a framework that allows them and their organizations to benefit from AI while maximizing human capital.
