Overview

Work has changed. Today we’re working in a global, mobile marketplace, using technology that didn’t exist just a few years ago. While these changes have given us great tools and resources to connect with individuals and organizations around the world, it has also made our work more challenging. And it’s not just technology! The management habits and processes that worked twenty, ten, or even five years ago aren’t right for today’s diverse and dispersed workforce.

Join training expert Katy Tynan as she explore some of the key factors that are influencing work, technology to diversity and beyond.

Attendees will learn

  • Identify the factors that have changed how we work
  • Understand how to lead a diverse team
  • Discuss challenges and opportunities of the new work marketplace
  • Evaluate your habits and identify opportunities to grow your leadership skills
