Overview

With ChatGPT and other AI resources, it seems like we’ve finally solved the “get more done, faster, and with fewer resources” conundrum once and for all. (Or have we?) And yet, you probably have heard a number of cautionary tales about generative AI. At this point, you may be wondering how to make the most of this powerful tool. Or you may be wondering how to catch up – did you even get left behind? No, you didn’t.

In this session, Megan will share strategies and case studies you can leverage to ensure you and your organization stay W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. Whether you’re using direct-access generative AI tools or building learning products and experiences for others, this framework helps ensure that you’re properly using AI in the workplace by applying Wisdom, Inclusivity, Safety & Security, Equity, Accountability, and Transparency, keeping you, your organization, and your reputation safe.

Throughout the session you’ll have an opportunity to practice using generative AI prompts at every step of the W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I. framework, creating your own pre-trained conversation for future reference. If you’re not yet an AI user, you can follow along with others and leave feeling prepared to use AI in the workplace.

We’ll wrap up with guidelines for learning leaders as they support their teams and their organizations throughout this transformation.

This live event is free. A recording will be available after the event with an HRDQ-U Membership for Learning Professionals.
