Awareness of our own cultural identities and experiences is the first step to becoming more effective cross-culturally. The Cross Cultural Adaptability Inventory™ (CCAI) workshop is a powerful experience that helps participants identify their personal areas of cross-cultural competency and provides examples of ways to improve them.
Join experts Dr. Colleen Kelley and Dr. Judith Meyers, as they teach the four competencies that are critical to cross-cultural adaptability. They will also examine how to use them as a springboard to self-awareness and cross-cultural success.
Colleen Kelley is a trainer and organization development consultant who has created custom materials and solutions for her clients for over thirty years. In the cross-cultural area, she has worked with clients around the world, focusing on relocation, cultural understanding, and team building in a global environment. Besides the CCAI (see Judith Meyers below) and other cross-cultural materials, she has written and published in related areas, such as assertion, education, sports performance, and trainer training.
Judith Meyers is a clinical and forensic psychologist who has a varied career as a consultant in such settings as the courts and Reality TV. She has expertise in personality assessments and psychological testing. She has published and presented on issues related to cross-cultural adaptability in the fields of business, psychology, and forensics, and co-authored the Cross-Cultural Adaptability Inventory.
