Overview

It’s one thing to talk about how coaching can help a team achieve outstanding results. It’s another thing to actually design and deliver a team coaching engagement that produces those outcomes.

Join Maggie and Sally to get definitive answers on how you can help a team find its Pathway to High Performance using high-performance team coaching and strategies for team development that support awareness and meaningful action.

What You Will Discover: The Power of Data-Informed Team Coaching

Members of the Extraordinary Teams Partnership have found that every team benefits from an awareness of how they perform together. The Extraordinary Teams Inventory (ETI) is a statistically sound assessment that provides relevant, real-time data across 10 areas to help a team identify and acknowledge strengths and discover opportunities for improvement.

In this session, the ETI serves as a practical example of how assessment data can be used to design more effective high-performance team coaching engagements and support clearer conversations and intentional development.

We’ll move beyond the overview to real-world application:

  • Case Study Deep Dive: Learn how to effectively introduce the ETI as part of the design of a team coaching engagement and apply strategies for team development.
  • Expert Insights: Hear directly from seasoned ETI practitioner Maggie Larkin Hicok as she is interviewed by Sally Starbuck Stamp, co-designer of ETI version 2.0.
  • Interactive Q&A: Bring your client scenarios and questions for a live discussion with actionable takeaways.

An Investment in Your Practice

As you map out your New Year professional development goals, include this session on your list of things to do to enhance your team coaching practice. This 60-minute investment of your time and energy can yield significant returns when you include this value-added component in your catalogue of coaching practices and skills.

We look forward to seeing you!

Attendees will learn

  • Ways to develop proposals for prospective team coaching engagements using an approach of awareness, choice, and action
  • How to effectively communicate the value of a team assessment to a client.
  • How to design a team coaching experience that builds on data from a team assessment.
  • The importance of intentional focus on specific practices for team development.
  • The value of identifying organizational cultural distinctions lies in creating a shared language and framework for team discussions.
  • The Extraordinary Teams Inventory (ETI) is a statistically sound team assessment tool.

HRDQ provided a timely webinar on a wonderful TEAM assessment, not an individual one, the Extraordinary Teams Inventory, which was fascinating in its use of data AND human elements of BEING and not just doing. HRDQ is clearly staying on top of relevant issues for those of us in leadership and development areas of interest!!”
