Overview

The workplace is entering a season that requires clarity, adaptability, and intentional personal development. Professionals at every level are navigating rapid change, new expectations, and expanding opportunities. To grow in this environment, individuals need a practical and inspiring framework that’s rooted in proven principles. The 5 Essential Laws for Growth in 2026 introduces participants to five core ideas, each drawn from John C. Maxwell’s 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth and reshaped for the realities of today’s workforce.

This webinar is designed for professionals who want to strengthen their effectiveness, increase their confidence, and create lasting progress in the year ahead. Participants will explore how these five laws can guide their decisions, relationships, and habits so growth becomes intentional rather than accidental.

The Five Laws for Employee Growth:

  1. The Law of Awareness: Growth begins with clarity. Attendees will explore practical ways to assess their current career position and identify what may be limiting their progress so they can focus on what truly matters.
  2. The Law of the Mirror: Develop strategies for developing a healthier internal dialogue, strengthening self-belief, and replacing negative self-perception with a mindset that supports achievement.
  3. The Law of the Leader: Skills matter, but character determines how far those skills can take you. Attendees will discover how character-based behaviors, such as integrity, consistency, and accountability, elevate professional influence.
  4. The Law of the Rubber Band: Growth happens when we stretch beyond where we feel comfortable. Together, we’ll examine how to set meaningful stretch goals, embrace new responsibilities, and pursue opportunities that expand their abilities.
  5. The Law of Contribution: Growth reaches its full potential when it becomes something you share. Participants will learn how to use their strengths, skills, and influence to elevate teams, support colleagues, and contribute to a culture that thrives.

Whether someone wants to develop leadership skills, improve communication, strengthen confidence, or create clearer direction, these laws offer a structure that leads to meaningful and lasting results.

By the end of the session, attendees will walk away with renewed clarity, a deeper sense of personal value, a stronger commitment to growth, and a plan to take into 2026. These laws are straightforward and powerful, and when applied consistently, they help professionals rise to new levels of performance, purpose, and impact.

Attendees will learn

  1. Gain a deeper understanding of who you are at your best so you can pursue growth with clarity, purpose, and a renewed sense of direction.
  2. Strengthen your sense of self-worth and uncover the mindset shifts that empower you to step into new opportunities with confidence and courage.
  3. Discover how character shapes influence and learn how to elevate your daily choices so they reflect the leader you are becoming.
  4. Embrace the stretch that sparks transformation and explore how stepping beyond comfort can unlock hidden potential and fresh possibilities.
  5. Recognize the meaningful impact your growth can have on others and learn how to contribute in ways that uplift your team and inspire positive change.
  6. Create a personal vision for growth in 2026 that blends awareness, confidence, character, courage, and contribution into a purposeful path forward.
