Overview

This event initially aired on October 23, 2024. We are rebroadcasting it based on customer requests.

The use of AI engines to generate tips and suggestions for growth and development has become commonplace in a short time. Individuals seeking to “develop it yourself” are hungry for answers and action-oriented, practical guidance. The problem is that OpenAI engines scrape the internet for potential data to answer a posted question. These engines make up answers that may not be based on verifiable data sources. To rectify this, we have developed an AI companion, Career Architect, that accesses our curated, fully vetted, research-oriented database.

Career Architect ONLY looks at our approved and protected data to provide practical answers. We have entered content from all of the materials we have created over 45 years of professional engagement, resulting in 10 million words and 15,000 proven action tips for growth and development. Based on our testing of Career Architect, we know the periodic table of human behavior has been covered. This enables individuals to get advice and to get deeper guidance on the assessment tools they may use.

Join us as we explore how individual learners, coaches, and leadership development professionals can use Career Architect to enrich development effectively and efficiently.

Attendees will learn

  • Mission-critical criteria for selecting an AI companion.
  • How to generate questions for Career Architect, an AI companion, and how to evaluate the suggested guidance.
  • The key elements of prompt engineering to maximize the interaction with an AI companion.
  • How to use three different assessment reports to examine the differential interpretations provided by Career Architect.
  • A strategy for the use cases of Career Architect: coaching, facilitating, teaming, and individual development.
