Overview

With quiet quitting and dwindling engagement on the rise, the key to building a thriving business isn’t more tech – it’s more humanity. So, how do you get back to genuine human connection in a complex organization?

We’ll uncover how leading companies are using AI to automate the administrative noise that bogs down your day, freeing managers and teams to focus on what truly matters: people, culture, and innovation. You’ll gain practical methods and strategies for breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps for automation within your own organization, seeing how AI and human connection can work together to restore balance in the workplace.

At the same time, we’ll discuss where AI can’t replace human ingenuity – and how to put people at the center of workflows. By leveraging AI, you’ll learn how to reclaim the “micro-moments” of human connection that build loyalty, foster innovation, and create a culture where employees and customers feel seen and valued.

Attendees will learn

  • The difference between AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) and the capabilities and limitations of each.
  • Techniques for deconstructing complex tasks into steps that are suitable for automation.
  • Real-world applications of AI across industries to pinpoint “quick win” opportunities that deliver immediate business value.
  • Areas where AI cannot replace human ingenuity and creativity and how to design workflows that keep people at the center.
  • Strategies for restoring human connection by using AI to strip away administrative noise.
  • A roadmap for scaling trust, relationships, and performance by aligning AI adoption with cultural priorities around empathy, recognition, and innovation.
