Overview

It’s time to challenge your organization’s leaders with a new way of thinking. Join experts David Horth and Chuck Palus for New Lenses on Leadership: Discovering the Power of Leadership Metaphors for Development and Action, an interactive and fun webinar that will introduce you to Leadership Metaphor Explorer, a highly effective tool for facilitating an open, honest, and creative dialogue about leadership.

Grounded in research, this dynamic leadership training technique provides a deeper understanding of how leadership plays out dependent, independent, and interdependent cultures. Participate in the one-hour webinar and experience for yourself how this hands-on approach can have a profound impact on your organization. After all, if a “picture paints a thousand words,” imagine what leaders can accomplish when they harness the potential of visual thinking through the use of imagery, intuition, and metaphors.

Attendees will learn

  • How to use leadership metaphors for facilitating small and large group settings.
  • How to use leadership metaphors effectively in one-on-one coaching.
  • How visual metaphors can be used to facilitate more effective conversations.
  • What it is like to experience an actual leadership metaphor session.
