Edgar Schein, Ph.D., is a leader in the field of career and professional studies and an expert in organizational culture, organization development, process consultation, and career dynamics. Dr. Schein is a former professor of organizational psychology and management, and he is currently Sloan Fellows Professor of Management Emeritus.
