Are you tired of traditional team-building training and seminars that just tell your team how to improve? We have a better idea: let them experience it firsthand with Jungle Escape. Join training expert Mike Brenner as he takes you on a journey into the world of Jungle Escape. In this survival scenario, participants must work together to build a makeshift helicopter using limited parts and their collective skills. This hands-on activity is designed to help teams practice and develop critical group-process skills such as team planning, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
By developing these skills, your workplace can break down barriers, reduce conflicts, and efficiently tackle goals to achieve real results by working together. This, in turn, leads to increased job satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Additionally, it creates a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose, significantly enhancing team morale and motivation. Ultimately, team-building training equips teams with the tools they need to work together more efficiently and effectively, driving overall success.
Don’t let your teams break down. See how Jungle Escape, HRDQ’s best-selling team-building training game that has been a favorite among trainers for over 30 years, offers a unique and engaging way to build stronger teams.
Jungle Escape
Through the Jungle Escape survival scenario, teams will experience first-hand the differences between a cohesive team and one that’s fragmented or divergent and they will learn the qualities and characteristics they need to develop to create a more cohesive team.
