To register for a live event, which is hosted on the GoToWebinar platform, simply click on the registration link provided in the event invitation or on our website. You’ll be directed to the registration page, where you can enter your details and submit the form. Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the webinar details and a unique link to join the session.

Each attendee must register individually to receive their unique access link. If you’re registering on behalf of someone else, you can enter their details during the registration process. Please ensure that the correct email address is used for each registrant.

If you haven’t received your confirmation email within a few minutes of registering, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, you can try registering again or contact our support team at support@hrdq.com for assistance.

If you need to cancel your registration, simply click the “Cancel Registration” link found in your confirmation email. This helps free up your spot for someone else who may wish to attend.

Yes, you can register for a webinar after it has started, but you may miss important content that has already been covered. We suggest registering ahead of time to avoid missing any valuable information.

Our webinars are distributed by GoToWebinar, an industry-standard platform. To participate in any HRDQ-U webinar, you’ll only need a computer or mobile device with internet access. You might enjoy the event more with speakers or headphones for improved audio.

GoToWebinar requires a small software download to join the session. When you click your unique join link, the software will automatically download and install if it’s not already on your device. You can also join via a web browser, but the experience is generally better with the downloaded application.

If you’re having trouble logging in to a GoToWebinar session, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies: Be sure to clear your browsing history for all time, as many browsers default to clearing data for only the last 24 hours.
• Try an alternate browser: If clearing your cache doesn’t work, try accessing the session using a different browser.
• Network security considerations: Please note that government agencies and financial institutions often have fortified network security, which can affect your ability to log in. If you suspect this might be the case, try accessing the session from a different network or device.

Most HRDQ-U webinars are 60 minutes including Q&A time at the end.

Yes, most HRDQ-U webinars include a Q&A session where participants can ask the presenter questions.

All attendees of HRDQ-U live webinars will receive a complimentary, personalized digital PDF Certificate of Completion, including the event title, date, and attendee’s name, which can be shared on social media or displayed in the office. Many organizations also accept HRDQ-U webinar attendance as continuing training credit. Moreover, all HRDQ-U live webinars are eligible for Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Professional Development Credits (PDCs), which can be used to maintain SHRM certification.
