Do I need to download any software to join the webinar?

GoToWebinar requires a small software download to join the session. When you click your unique join link, the software will automatically download and install if it’s not already on your device. You can also join via a web browser, but the experience is generally better with the downloaded application.

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in to a live HRDQ-U webinar session?

Do I receive a certificate of completion?

All attendees of HRDQ-U live webinars will receive a complimentary, personalized digital PDF Certificate of Completion, including the event title, date, and attendee’s name, which can be shared on social media or displayed in the office. Many organizations also accept HRDQ-U webinar attendance as continuing training credit. Moreover, all HRDQ-U live webinars are eligible for Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) Professional Development Credits (PDCs), which can be used to maintain SHRM certification. If you attended an HRDQ-U webinar and need a customized SHRM Certificate of Completion for $5, please contact support@hrdq.com.

Will the webinar be recorded, and can I access it later if I can't attend live?
