As artificial intelligence gains adoption in many areas of the organization, do you and your team have a strategic approach to implementing it? How will you leverage it to the best of your ability in a fast-paced change environment? How will you avoid the pitfalls along the way – known and as-of-yet unknown? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll experiment with using AI as an assistant (also known as cognitive automation) for workplace performance professionals, and as part of the learning and performance experience itself.
The core framework for the workshop is a set of guidelines that participants can apply in their own work as they move forward boldly – and safely – with AI in their own organization. We call this framework W.I.S.E. A.T. A.I., and it’s proven to be widely useful with direct-to-consumer GenAI tools, AI power-ups in all the software you use, and when designing learning products and experiences that integrate AI functions. Participants will have the opportunity to practice applying the framework during the session using their own GenAI tools (or by watching along in breakout groups), building effective AI prompting skills as they go.
