Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a “future trend” on the horizon – it’s already here, and it’s fundamentally reshaping the way organizations operate, learn, and thrive. For HR, organizational development (OD), and learning leaders, this shift presents both unprecedented opportunities and complex challenges. The ability to strategically integrate AI into people practices and overall people strategy will increasingly determine which organizations stay relevant, agile, and competitive.

This webinar is designed specifically for leaders who are ready to move past the noise and discover how AI can be applied with purpose, precision, and impact. From talent acquisition and development to workforce planning and employee engagement, AI technologies are creating new ways to unlock human potential and reimagine what it means to lead in the future of work.

One of the biggest misconceptions about AI is that all tools and language models produce the same results. In reality, different systems bring different strengths, limitations, and ethical considerations. Leaders must be able to assess these differences to make informed choices about which solutions align with their organizational values, goals, and workforce needs.

This session will provide a hands-on framework for evaluating AI applications and integrating them into your people strategy. Together, we will explore how to design a people strategy map that reflects not only the organization’s immediate talent priorities but also the long-term implications of AI-driven transformation.

Beyond the technical aspects, AI is also reshaping human dynamics in the workplace. Roles are evolving, skills are shifting, and expectations of work itself are being redefined. For HR and Learning leaders, this requires both foresight and courage: foresight to anticipate what’s coming, and courage to lead organizations through cultural, ethical, and operational changes.

Special Bonus: All attendees will co-create live outputs from large language models (LLMs) during the session, using a tool that is safe, HIPAA-compliant, Internet2 certified, and SOC 2 compliant. This ensures both security and trust while providing you with firsthand experience of what AI can deliver in real time.

By attending this webinar, you’ll gain both strategic clarity and practical tools to confidently navigate the AI landscape. You’ll leave with the ability to differentiate between hype and meaningful innovation, and the skills to harness AI to elevate – not replace – the human side of your organization.

Attendees will learn

  • Understand the diverse applications of AI across HR, OD, and Learning, and how each can create measurable value
  • Differentiate between language models and AI systems to select tools that deliver the right outcomes for your organization
  • Create a people strategy map that integrates AI into workforce planning, learning initiatives, and organizational design
  • Analyze how AI is influencing workforce dynamics – roles, skills, engagement, and culture – and what leaders can do to adapt
  • Identify practical AI use cases that accelerate opportunity mapping, improve decision-making, and foster innovation
  • Experience co-creating LLM outputs in a safe, compliant environment you can trust
