Overview

Do you know why business games are essential for your company? In areas where there’s a rapid increase in the number of employees or where there is high employee turnover, the game, as a permanent training tool, allows training new staff without additional funds and without losing training effectiveness. Games help keep ongoing training engaging, especially in areas where defined training is required to be constantly refreshed to maintain a certain level (e.g., customer service). Games help break down complex processes in areas where different types of training take a lot of time. And, if the activity involves a negative or stressful experience, games can help to perceive certain tasks more positively.

See how you can effectively learn with games! Presenter Jesfira Burova is the Business Game Trainer and Business Development Director at Smart Games Club. She will share their 15 years of experience in developing, customizing, and using business games as exciting and engaging training.

Attendees will learn

  • The positive impact and main advantages of using business games as an instrument to develop and learn new skills.
  • How games fit into the “learning-by-doing” way of education.
  • Why games are more effective than traditional training.
