Overview

Are you tired of witnessing low-performing teams that leave you with even lower morale? While we may meet anticipated business goals or objectives, we come away with less than fond memories of other team members or the experience.

It’s time for that to change! Join Kathleen Ryan and Geoff Bellman, renowned experts who have extensively researched team dynamics, as they unveil key strategies to transform your team experience from ordinary to extraordinary. Discover the evidence-backed insights that can elevate your workforce performance and empower your team to stand out in the crowd.

In the webinar, From Losing Out to Standing Out: What We Know about Extraordinary Teams, members of the Extraordinary Teams Partnership will share their real-world experiences working with teams using the proven strategies of Extraordinary Teams. This exclusive team talk is your opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge and practical techniques to revolutionize your team dynamics, whether they are virtual, hybrid, or in-person.
